UNLOCK YOUR INNER ATHLETE
Personalized Sports Performance Training to Take YOU To The Next Level

At Olympia Fitness + Performance, we are dedicated to helping athletes of all ages improve their strength, speed, movement quality, power, and lateral quickness so they can dominate at their sport. Our approach is personalized to each athlete depending on their age, goals, current athletic ability, injuries, and more.

Not all certifications are created equal, and our trainers have the same qualifications and pedigree as those that work for professional sports teams in all major sports.

Our coaches are there to educate our athletes, keep them safe, and keep them accountable. Our semi-private model allows us to do that consistently and effectively.

Each athlete is tested during their initial session and every 12 weeks after that to measure progress in speed, strength, and agility.

No cookie cutter programs. Each individual program is created based on the athlete’s sport, testing results, and injury history.
"We've loved seeing her confidence grow"

Two months ago I was looking for a gym that could help my 10 year old daughter that plays club soccer train over the summer and help her take her training to the next level. A friend told me about Olympia and the minute I stepped in the door I knew it was the right place. My daughter trains twice a week and cannot wait for her sessions. She has grown so much in a short period of time, we’ve loved seeing her confidence grow and the trust she has in the trainers who have been so supportive and encouraging.

"We couldn't be happier with the results"

"My son wanted to change positions in Football. From a youth lineman towards a middle/high school DE / TE. The needs of the positions are different and his physical abilities needed some work. Speed, lateral quickness, strength are all key areas the staff worked with him on. It was well organized, safe, structured, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Will be sticking with Olympia throughout his high school career."

"I am the strongest I have ever been"

"I started the sports performance training program in November as I am college athlete wanted to continue lifting and to stay in shape for my school break. I trained here for the last 4 months there and worked with all the trainers! Within the last 4 months training with them for my spring season, I can confidently say I am the strongest I have ever been and cannot wait to come back from school and work with them again to keep getting stronger!"

"Noticeable gain in strength and speed"

"My son is Sophomore in high school, he plays soccer, he has been training at Olympia for 12 weeks. There is a noticeable gain in strength and speed. Thus has also led to a noticeable gain in his confidence and more aggressive play on the field. I highly recommend Olympia to anyone."

We accept athletes starting at the age of 7. We believe that athletes younger than this will benefit most from unstructured play rather than structured training.
Typically, We recommend our athletes train at least 2 days per week. More advanced athletes and out-of-season athletes can benefit from 3-4 days per week. Novice athletes and in-season athletes can benefit from training only 1 day a week to see introductory results or maintain progress (rather than lose it) in season.
A typical sports performance training session starts with a dynamic warm-up followed by specific speed, agility, and quickness drills. The athlete will then shift into maximum power development work, followed by strength work, then followed by accessory and core work. There will always be variations depending on the athlete's goals and needs, but this is the basic framework for athletic training.
Sports Performance Training can help athletes improve strength, speed, and power. Additionally, athletes can improve acceleration and deceleration, ground reaction time, and lateral quickness. We've also seen non-physical improvements in athletes including increased self-confidence, improved aggressiveness in their sport, and increased discipline.
Yes! We have extensive experience helping athletes return to their sport with more strength and confidence than before they were injured. Our initial sports performance assessment can be modified to match your phase of rehabilitation and we will continue to progress your program accordingly. We work closely with our in-house physical therapists to ensure we're pushing you safely and effectively.
Absolutely! We love getting to work with collegiate athletes in a more intimate setting compared to the college weight room. We will use your college program and the results from our assessment to create a personalized program that will help you dominate fitness testing when you return to school.
